@hellomiguel.com I dunno dude. After asking other folks, taking this provision and extending it to, "no eating in your room" is a giant over-reach and violates what I learned is my "quiet enjoyment" of the property (as long as I store things properly)

Cause aren't students in dorm rooms allowed to eat ramen???
